Bento-2-Go prepares and delivers great trust for taste, fresh ingredients, fun and good quality along with a fine balance of nutritional food from a culinary-trained Hispanic / Black woman-owned kitchen is why we strive to go above and beyond expectations.

Bento-2-Go will push the envelope to give the community the best quality foods available to reduce diabetes, heart disease and obesity in the USA. Bento-2-Go will strive to enhance life's longevity by introducing more Blue Zone meals

Structure & Ownership Background

Chef London's Experience and training: Chef London has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She started off as a salad bar attendant at a chain steakhouse and prep-cook; a culinary student who performed her internship at Walt Disney World's kitchens achieving a Mouster's and Ducktrine Degrees, to an Associates in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors in Hotel/Restaurant Administration. She has worked as a line-cook at high-end private resorts & golf country clubs, a salad and dessert pantry worker, a garde manger chef and grill worker at the Stouffer's Renaissance Hotel, to pastry cook at the Ritz Carlton to a private personal Kosher Chef for a doctor's family, to a sous chef at a private bank.
